This card requires a PCIe expansion slot. 

Pair of limit switches for Plasmacam/Samson/GoTorch machines.

Switches are mounted on the gantry and detect X & Y travel limit during initialization.

Do not use center post when installing and do not over-tighten which will break the switch. This includes two switches so order a quantity of one to receive both limit switches.
You can replace one or both as they do not have to be changed in pairs.

Use these files to cut the grate system designed by Mick at Snap'NCut. This slat system is easier to load and move material and much easier to replace only the areas of the table that need it! Both 4x4 and 5x10 table files are included.

This kit makes it easy to upgrade from the old original 45 hand torch to a new Duramax machine torch (suggested part number 059482 for the 25' short version). If you want to switch to this torch to take advantage of current model consumables and Fine Cut consumables as well as the ease of use of a machine torch, this kit is for you! Together with a CPC Interface cable and a magnetic SnapN'Cut Magnetic Mount you'll have a much better cutting experience!

500 CPR optical encoder with index pulse. There is an encoder mounted on both the X and Y motors that report their position back to the control box. Hex wrench for installation is included. Signs of failure include not keeping track of the position accurately or at all.

If you are uncomfortable about your skill, consider replacing the entire motor which will come with a new encoder already installed.

This kit includes six laser cut support brackets that tab together and fit in your DHC2 machine to get rid of those annoying pointy grates with huge holes! With this system in place, tip ups will be greatly reduced and because the slats are regular flat strap, you can replace one, a few, or all as needed. ** These are designed to work with the Snap 'N Cut magnetic machine torch mount so they relocate the home corner stops!!!!!! If you are using a hand torch you will want to not use that stop (you can still use the side stops). If you are using a Snap N' Cut, this will be a welcome change!

* Slats are NOT included. You will need to obtain these from your local metal supplier. I order it already cut to length and just drop them in. You will need 23 pieces of 2.5" x .125" flat strap 46.25" long. Stop edge is pieces of .75" x .125" strap.

Extended holder back holds torch clamping mechanism (not included) and slides up and down under Z-axis motor control. This holder back is intended for use with a lead screw 12" long (sold separately) to obtain ~6" of usable Z travel.

The customizable size upgrade will be necessary from PlasmaCAM for DesignEdge to fully funciton with this part.
